We offer a dedicated shared van shuttle service from your Southampton cruise ship to London and Heathrow Airport hotels as well as all Heathrow passenger terminals.
The Southampton cruise ship shared van shuttle service is similar to many such services around the world but is the only service of its type from Southampton to London apart from the cruise ships own offering to Heathrow.

- Meet n Greet at the Southampton cruise terminal between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m..
- Maximum of 8 passengers, 4 pick-ups per van shuttle vehicle
- Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (23kg each) and 2 items of carry on luggage (10kg each)
- Guaranteed to run, will operate with just one passenger. Executive vehicles with wifi and uniformed drivers
- Scheduled arrival at Heathrow from 10:30 a.m. and London from 11:00 a.m.
Cruise ships supported in 2020
This service is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess, Azamara and Carnival Mardi Gras cruise ships are visiting Southampton between the end of April and beginning of November. We will also be supporting Cunard ship arrivals during the same period.
If you are travelling on another cruise line that is in port the same day as one of the above you can still use the cruise bus service but you will need to disembark and take a local taxi to another cruise terminal where a supported ship is docked.
Guaranteed departures
Please note this is a guaranteed cruise transfer, and will operate on all of the dates listed on the booking page (link below). There are no minimum numbers required for this service to operate.
Alternative full day guided coach tour transfers from Southampton ships to London & Heathrow
We offer a choice of three guided coach tour transfers from your cruise ship to Heathrow Airport and London.
The tours operate on the same dates as the direct van shuttle leaving Southampton at the same time. After a full day of world class sightseeing you will arrive at Heathrow or your London hotel late afternoon or early evening.
